PINOCCHIO & ROMANTIC REPERTOIRE

We are thrilled to return to the stage with our first ballet of the evening “Pinocchio” – a story ballet, choreography by Melania Pawliw and the teachers of Hamilton City Ballet, based on the “The Adventures of Pinocchio” a children’s novel written by Italian author Carlo Collodi, in 1883.
In the second part of the evening, we will present ballets of the Romantic period, staged by Max Ratevosian, such as the famous “Pas-de-Quatre”, “Odalisques Pas-de-Trois” from Le Corsaire, “The Gypsy Dance” from Esmeralda, and a newer piece “Mistake Waltz”.
