Hamilton City Ballet believes every student deserves to know the extent of their achievements after their hard work throughout the year. Ballet exams give the student a goal to work towards as well as give constructive feedback on how to improve (there isn’t a single perfect ballerina in the world!).
HCB reinforces the Vaganova technique, and all exams start at Level 1. It is both up to the teacher and the student to achieve the examination goal one is striving for.
